Compact electronic module for semi automatic DOL starters. Combines ON delay, motor status indications and Auto / By-Pass operation to provide safer, smarter control for three-phase pump and motor panels.
Product Overview
BWDS-SEMI Neo is an intelligent controller used with three-phase DOL starters. When mains supply comes, it checks the line condition and starts an ON-delay timer. After the set delay, it gives a start command to the starter in Auto mode. If the supply is faulty, the red LED glows and the panel remains safely off.
The module also offers a By-Pass mode that lets you run the starter without timing logic whenever required, providing flexibility for maintenance and special situations.

- Dial-type ON delay adjustment from ~0.5 to 5.5 minutes.

How BWDS-SEMI Neo Works
Module checks supply condition; if not OK starter remains off and Faulty Supply LED lights.
When healthy and in AUTO, ON-delay timer begins; yellow Delay LED indicates progress.
After set delay (0.5–5.5 min) controller energises the starter coil and motor runs.
Selector switch to BY-PASS to operate starter directly, used for testing or maintenance.
